Management and Workforce
Massilly Ghana Ltd. has a total workforce of 100, made up of 30 permanent workers and 70 temporary workers, depending on activity levels. We operate a 3-shift system for seven days in a week.
Massilly Ghana Ltd. is run by a team of smart and young Ghanaian and French managers:
Joseph Boakye YIADOM - Managing Director
Joseph joined the company in 2000 as the Finance Manager. He was appointed the Deputy Managing Director in 2004 and Managing Director in July 2005. He is the first Ghanaian Managing Director in the history of the company.
Joseph holds a Bsc Degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option) and an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School.
Antoine COIN - Production/Technical Director
Antoine joined Massilly Ghana Ltd. in September 2005 as the Production & Technical Director of the company. He brings to the team rich experiences in programming & controls in the plastic industry from France and the USA where he previously worked before joining the group.
Antoine holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from “Université de Technologie de Belfort-Monbéliard” in France.
Isaac Addo ASARE - Marketing Manager
Isaac was first employed as the Accounts Officer of the company in 2002. In 2004, he acted as the Finance Manager and in 2006 when the company reorganized her management team, Isaac was given the responsibility of managing the newly created marketing department.
Isaac is a product of the University of Cape Coast with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Degree.
Akua SAKYI-BEKOE - Quality Assurance Manager
In 2006 when Massilly decided to reposition herself as the pace-setter in the PET plastic industry, Akua joined us with the mandate of steering our ISO 9001:2000 project. Akua piloted us successfully to our goal in less than one year. She had previously worked with Ernest Chemist.
Akua holds a Bsc Degree in Chemistry from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She is also a Qualified Lead Auditor certified by SGS UK.
Williams Kwasi PEPRAH - Finance Manager
Williams joined our team in the second half of 2007 after 6 years experience in industrial accounting practice. He brings to the team rich experiences in internal controls, credit management t and tax management.
Williams holds a Bsc Degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option) from the Valley View University and MBA in Finance from Wisconsin International University College. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) student.
